Welcome to Lawn & Irrigation Services Bundaberg. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and professionalism in all our dealings.

Service Scope

We provide professional lawn care, irrigation system installation, maintenance, and related landscaping services throughout Bundaberg and surrounding areas. A detailed scope of work will be provided in your service quote or proposal.

Bookings & Scheduling

All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.

Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are valid for 14 days from the issue date unless otherwise specified. Prices may vary based on property conditions, scope changes, or client requests. Any additional work not included in the original quote will be quoted separately and must be approved prior to commencement.

Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in your invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, full payment is required within 7 days of completion. Late payments may incur a late fee of 5% per month. We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or cash.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may incur a call-out fee.

Irrigation System Warranty

All irrigation system installations include a 12-month workmanship warranty. Manufacturer warranties apply for components and parts where applicable. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorised repairs, or environmental factors.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure safe and clear access to the property at the scheduled time. Pets must be secured during the visit. Clients are responsible for notifying us of any underground utilities or obstructions before irrigation installation.

Liability

We are fully insured, and all work is carried out with due care and professionalism. We are not liable for damages arising from hidden obstacles, underground piping, or client-provided materials. Lawn & Irrigation Services Bundaberg is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by force majeure events.

Photography & Marketing

With your consent, we may take before-and-after photos of our work for marketing purposes. No identifying information will be shared without written permission.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements with 7 days’ written notice. Any outstanding fees for completed work must be paid upon termination.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
